Shield Security Group is hiring for Full Time positions for various locations in Markham (hwy 7 and Kennedy)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from  3PM to 11PM.

*Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts in event of an emergency and overtime*

Duties:

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises

- Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect any suspicious activities

- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns

- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises

- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities

Desired Applicant:

-Must have a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (Digital Licence accepted).

-Must be comfortable interacting with people.

-Must be comfortable with the basic use of a computer.

-Must be comfortable with light to moderate foot patrol duties.

-Must be comfortable operating CCTV cameras.
