Job duties:

Generate memos, emails and reports relate to immigration matter;
Be familiar with Canada immigration programs;
Respond to questions and requests for information;
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
Be responsible for the promotion of the company's business and development of the market;
Be responsible for the company's business-related communication and contact work;
Planning, coordinating, and executing business meetings and corporate/social special events;
Identify customer specific needs and customize the services for each individual client to drive sales and customer satisfaction;
Other duties assigned by CEO


Job requirements：

•        Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);
•        Previous work experience in immigration and education company is preferred;
•        Proficiency in using social media, such as Wechat public platform, Weibo etc;
•        Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint);
•        Confident, outgoing, team player with a proactive can-do attitude;
•        Ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and prioritize workload;
•        Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
•        Excellent attention to detail, including accuracy of data;
•        Have strong work ethic

The working hours will start with 24 hours/week. It will be determined whether to switch the position to full-time after reviewing the work of the candidate.
