Key Responsibilities:“Customer Success Associate”
1. Client Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Account Strategy and Planning:- Understand clients' business goals, supply chain needs, and industry trends to develop customized logistics solutions.- Prepare and present strategic account plans to senior management and clients, outlining service improvements, cost savings, and value-added services.
3. Operational Coordination:- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.- Monitor and manage the performance of logistics operations for key accounts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
4. Performance Analysis:- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
5. Issue Resolution:- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client services.- Implement corrective actions and process improvements to prevent recurrence of issues.
6. Business Development:- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within key accounts.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and negotiate contracts for new business
.“Executive Assistant to the President”
1. Assist the President in managing daily business schedules, business meeting arrangements, and business event planning.
2. Prepare bussiness meeting materials and reports required by the President in advance, and assist in organizing business meeting minutes.
3. Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth information flow and timely follow-up on various matters.
4. Provide business support for the President's daily tasks, such as document handling, business email screening, and other related duties.
5. Assist the President in tracking and monitoring key issues, ensuring the progress of business projects and plans.
6. Serve as a liaison between senior management and other departments, supporting the implementation and enforcement of company policies.
7. Provide support for the execution of special business projects and offer problem-solving solutions as needed.
8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.Job Requirements:- Strong Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English is required, knowledge of French is preferred.
-Proven experience in account management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
-At least 3 years of sales and executive assistant experience in North America, with cross-departmental collaboration experience preferred
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
-Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
-High sense of responsibility and execution, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
