Our services include parcel Shipping, e-commerce Parcel Solutions, Commercial LTL Freight, local and long-distance moving Services, and Car Shipping.

Position Overview

UUCargo is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive our growth and help us achieve new heights. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering results.

Responsibilities

1. Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within the retail and logistics sectors, including 3PL companies.

2. Act as the primary contact during the initial sales phase, managing the process from lead generation to deal closure.

3. Strategically manage and expand the sales pipeline while consistently providing accurate sales forecasts.

4. Develop strong client relationships, understand their business needs, and deliver customized solutions to enhance satisfaction and revenue growth.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services, enhancing the customer journey.

6. Address and manage complex client issues effectively, maintaining high standards for timelines and outcomes.

7. Document, track, and communicate project milestones and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.

8. Prepare detailed quotes, bids, and responses to RFPs with the support of various team members.

9. Work closely with internal departments to drive excellence and deliver tangible results for clients.

10. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall financial goals.

11. Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and business opportunities through outreach and referrals.

12. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate CRM system, ensuring all contacts and opportunities reflect ongoing business activities.

13. Represent UUCargo at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and foster relationships.

What We Look For

1. A University, Bachelor, or Graduate degree in any discipline (business-related fields preferred), or equivalent business experience.

2. A highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and disciplined approach who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works effectively as part of a team.

3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

5. A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
