Responsibilities:
• Ensure all communications with tenants are effectively managed and addressed.
• Provide necessary on-site coordination and assistance to affected tenants.
• Maintain meticulous records using Excel.
• Assist in responding to emails and providing instructions via email communication.
• Proactively assist the management team with administrative tasks as required.
• Handle inbound calls, responding to inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Utilize strong communication skills to navigate through unknown scenarios and provide support.
Requirements
• 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar field is preferred but not required
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and exhibiting exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in email communications, managing and responding to detail oriented correspondence.
• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently and effectively.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
